This shoot was so beyond ordinary for us.  ASD|SKY asked us to capture this Atrium at Concourse Office Park.  (Think the King + Queen Building at 285 + 400.)  There’s some pretty Atlanta-iconic architecture there and when I scouted it for the first time I noticed something sort of magical about the light.   The Building and the Atrium are north facing, but it looks as if the sunlight is streaming directly through the glass.  Seems impossible right?  The light streaming through the windows is actually reflected sunlight that’s bouncing off of Concourse 1, an adjacent building. It only happens in winter months + only for an hour per day.  So after doing some “Daylight Savings time Math”, we decided to photograph across the atrium at exactly 11am and captured that “sunlight”.

This was such a cool shot! It looks like a drone shot but was actually from the 8th floor elevator balcony.
